  • Step 1: Determine the number of points you have from your grades

    A = 4
    B = 3
    C = 2
    D = 1

  • Step 2: Add your points up.

    Example:
    You have 4 A's, 2 B's, 1 C

    4 + 4 + 4+ 4 + 3 + 3 + 2 = 24
  • Step 3: Divide your total number from all of your grades by the number of grades received.

    Example:
    24 (total number from grades added)
    7 (number of grades received)

    24 / 7 = 3.43

    Your GPA = 3.43
